1.   Select Gx CRM from the toolbar.
2.   Select Contact Details from the menu.
3.   Select the required customer.  You can use the quick access lookup or advanced search to find an account if you do not know the exact account code.   
4.   Click on the Orders Tab. 
5.   Double click an order to view it in more detail.  If it is an open order you will be linked to SOP\Order Details where you can view and amend the order . If it is a closed order, you will be linked to SOP\Order Enquiry Details where you can view the order enquiry.
5.   To help you find an order, filter options are available. Right-click on the Orders grid and choose Apply Filter. This action will prompt the Filter window to appear, allowing you to filter by Delivery Address, Product Code, Product Description (full or partial), and Customer Reference. Once you've selected the desired filter criteria, click on the Apply Filter button. A reminder message will then appear below the Orders grid. To remove the filter, simply right-click on the Orders grid again and select Remove Filter.
